Hi Graham – we went for 3 nights, got there at lunchtime on Friday and left late on Monday night to maximise time. The hotel was about US$550 per night and our flights were £358 per person – we do book our flights 11 months in advance though!

Hi Tiffany! Good you decided to leave bike at home, how long was this break, what kind of cost and what was connection time in Amsterdam? Why not fly direct from Manchester? What are those costs? Are there aternative hotels in a package deal? Was the hotel comparatively expensive?
